What Do You Want?
The entrepreneurial world is a tough and lonely road to travel and your Success In Life, Love and Business depends on your being able to answer the following three questions - precisely -
These three questions are -
- “What do I want?”
- “Am I willing to do what it takes to get it?”
- What is my next best move?”
But you can’t answer the second and third questions, until you are specific and sure about the answer to the first question.
So logically, I have argued there is only one Success Question, the first - “What Do I Want?”
You can be prepared “to do what it takes” and be gung ho to jump into action on “your next best move”, but you have to nail that first question, for if it is even a tiny bit inaccurate, your every subsequent action will slowly take you off course.
Recently, I asked my followers what they saw as their biggest block preventing them from moving forward. Loud and clear “Marketing” and “Clarity” came through loud and clear.
In essence, marketing and clarity are intimately linked, for without clarity, your marketing is unclear, so to gain clarity, you have to head back and answer question #1.
If you are feeling stuck right now and struggling to move forward, it is time for you to revisit your “What Do I Want?”, drill down deeper into your wants, add timelines and intermediate goals, course correct and move forward again.
Be so specific with your answers. This process helps me and I know it will help you, too.
