What Is Your Greatest Challenge?

I’ve just realized Christmas is only a week away - how did that happen?

Here we are back in the season of "Ho Ho Ho", running out the last few days of 2016 and making plans for 2017.

In last week’s blog, I added a link to a short survey, asking you what you felt was your greatest challenge holding you back, from reaching your 2017 goals.

I have had a great response to my survey and if you have already completed the quick 5 question survey - thank you.If you haven’t completed the survey, the link is here - https://goo.gl/7PQIqy)

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete it. It only takes a couple of minutes but your answers will allow us to focus on solving your greatest challenges and move you forward quickly in the coming year.

I will let you know the results in next week’s blog and be assured all your information is and will remain confidential and anonymous.

Those of you who know me well, know I am a history junkie and love to think of our lives as cameo appearances on the film strip of history.

We make our entrance at our birth and until we become immortal, which is becoming a possibility, we make our exit at our death.

For these few decades, we are given the gift of awareness, consciousness, whatever that may be.

In the Western World, we have had the freedom and the opportunity to choose are path through these years, to choose our destiny.

So much of mankind does not have this luxury and someday, we may have to take action to preserve our own freedom.

My mind spends a lot of time, looking back over the film strip of our history, bringing past experiences into today and projecting the storyline forward into the future.

We are living in the midst of time of very rapid change in so many areas, I am constantly brought back to Alvin Toffler’s prescient quote from 1970 -

“The illiterate of the 21st Century will not be those who cannot read and write,
but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn”.

As you plan on where to steer your storyline in 2017, think about your greatest challenges and whether you will benefit by unlearning old habits and beliefs and relearning new ones.

What might you need to learn, unlearn and relearn in 2017?

Let me know what you need to learn in 2017 in the comment box below, because you may find many others are asking the same question.

On that note, thanks again for completing my survey and I will bring you the summary next week.

Bye for now!

Merry Christmas and See you in 2017...
